Dehradun, 16 May:
Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna has expressed his grief and extended condolence over the deaths of three students of Petroleum University who had drowned in River Ganga at Rishikesh on Tuesday.
The Chief Minister has prayed for peace of the departed souls and strength for the bereaved family members.
